Service at La Luz del Mundo, 5th grade

We went to La Luz del Mundo. I was very excited to get to show Jesus to all these kids. First we did a skit it was very fun and I think the kids learned a lot. Most of us learned how to be really grateful. These kids did not have much but they were still grateful. I loved how kids just came up and hugged us. I also loved how these two boys came up and told me that Jesus loved me and died for me. I think this gave us all a chance to serve God and show him how much we love him. Another thing all of the girls enjoyed was painting their nails. It was so fun to see their smiles since they felt so special. I guess I never really thought about how all of us can paint our nails whenever we want and we are not grateful. I went to teach kids about Jesus and we ended up learning a lot more than I thought.
